Before transitioning into real estate, Sam spent 22 years as a Teacher and Assistant Principal with Horry County Schools. Sam holds both the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations, allowing her to effectively represent clients on both sides of the transaction.
